Facility Guidelines

At Hit Time Sports, the safety and well-being of our members are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all members to adhere to the following guidelines:

Facility Security:

• The facility door must remain locked at all times. Please ensure the door is locked behind you when entering or exiting the premises.

Facility Etiquette:

• Leave the lanes as you found them and turn off the lights when leaving in the evening. This helps maintain a clean and safe environment for all.

Safety Equipment:

• The use of appropriate safety equipment is mandatory for all members. This includes helmets and any other protective gear required for your training. During pitching practice, please use L-screens to prevent injuries.

Guest Policy:

• Membership is reserved for immediate family members only. Bringing non-members, including cousins, teammates, or friends, into the facility is strictly prohibited. Each member must sign a waiver before training at Hit Time Sports.

We sincerely appreciate your commitment to safety and your cooperation with these guidelines. Failure to comply with these policies may result in denial of access to the facility, and membership may be canceled.
